  • 5 x 5 cm size, white background, matt finish & 80% face image & not used in previous visa.
• Evidence of Sufficient Funds :
  • 01 years Personal Income Tax Returns with computation of Total Income Page.
  • 06 months Personal original Bank Statement updated with sufficient balance and Bank seal and signature.
• National id proof (PAN Card, AADHAR Card).
• If applicant is Employee :
  • Pay Slip (last 6 months).
  • Leave sanction letter and N.O.C.
  • G.P.F (for Government Employee).
• If applicant is Self Employee :
  • Business letterhead with sign & stamp & visiting card.
  • Business Proof (Shop & Establishment, G.S.T., C.S.T., etc).
  • Partnership Deed.
  • Memorandum of Article.
  • 01 Years Income Tax Return with computation of Total Income Page.
  • 06 months Personal original Bank Statement with Bank seal and signature.
• If applicant is Retired :
  • Retirement letter from Employer.
  • Pension passbook copy.
  • Provident Funds copy.
• If applicant is Student :
  • Certificate of Enrolment or Letter of Acceptance from School
  • College and university or photo I D Card copy.
  • Child travel below 18 years birth certificate copy.
• Overseas Medical Policy :
  • Minimum Coverage Of 30,000 Euro Per Person, The Insurance Has To Cover The Entire Stay In Schengen Territory, Minimum 15 Days Insurance Is Mandatory From The Travel Date.
• Note: In case of Minor (below 18years) travelling with single parent, both the parents required to come to consulate to sign a declaration form and also need to submit Birth certificate of child.
