Day 1 : Arrival - Reykjavik.

Welcome to Reykjavik! After your Immigration and Custom Formalities you will Transfer to the hotel and Check in. (Please note that Standard Check in time is 1600 Hrs). Perhaps even with a stop at the popular Blue Lagoon. The day is yours to rest and use at your own leisure. Overnight stay at Reykjavik hotel.

Day 2 : Reykjavik To Akureyri - Lake Myvatn ( By Flight ).

After breakfast check out and transfer to Airport for your Akureyri flight. On arrival transfer to Lake Myvath hotel and check-in. During your drive to the hotel you’ll get a short sightseeing tour of the Lake Myvatn area, renowned for its beauty and geological wonders. The northern lights might dance around tonight, so be sure to take a walk before going to sleep! Overnight stay at Lake Myvatn hotel.

Day 3 : Akureyri - Lake Myvatn - Day At Your Leisure.

After Breakfast you can enjoy various optional activities in the area. The Myvatn area has been gaining a reputation for its winter fun, including the possibility to enjoy activities on the frozen lake. Some tour ideas might include cross country skiing, snowmobiling, winter tours to Dettifoss Waterfall and even winter horseback riding. It is ideal to end the evening with a tour to the Myvatn Nature Baths for late night relaxation in the geothermal lagoon. And, with luck, the northern lights will make an appearance! Visit the town of Akureyri, North Iceland’s trade and cultural center, beautifully resting in a scenic fjord. Overnight stay at Lake Myvatn hotel.

Day 4 : Lake Myvatn - Akureyri - Reykjavik ( By Flight ).

After breakfast check out and transfer to Airport for your Reykjavik flight. On arrival transfer to your hotel and check-in. you might want to visit at your own, one of the numerous museums or art galleries scattered around the city. Perhaps you´ll stroll along the seaside paths, breathing in the pristine North Atlantic air. Overnight stay at Reykjavik hotel.

Overseas Medical Policy :
- Minimum coverage of 30,000 Euro per person, the insurance has to cover the entire stay in Schengen territory, minimum 15 days insurance is mandatory from the travel date

Note :

For Schengen visa process all the necessary documents should be in Photocopy except those documents which are asked in Original.
All visa applicants irrespective of nationality who applied for Schengen visa should come personally at local VFS office to give mandatory fingerprint formality which is long time consuming in tourist pick season. On the day of submission your all fingers must be clear from HINA (Mehdi), cuts etc.
If Biometric is given after 2nd November 2015 then we can submit your application on behalf of applicant. But if you data could fetch by Embassy/Consulate then they may ask to give biometrics again.
Granting Visas is sole discretion of Consulates / Embassy, subject to the documents submitted. We are facilitators in the process. Best Voyage is not held responsible for rejection or delay in getting visas / passports from said Consulate / Embassy.
No documents will be return back by Embassy/Consulate after visa process.
Must declare rejection if rejected in any country in last 10 years and mention rejection year and category of visa of Rejected country.
All applicants have to pay visa fees, VFS charge & courier charge in cash at local VFS-centre.
If passenger is having passport with any observation regarding Data page then Affidavit and Paper advertisement in English are mandatory.

In case of travel to more than one Schengen country, please submit your application to the Embassy / Consulate where you will be staying for the maximum number of days. In case of equal stay, one has to apply at the Schengen country which is the first port of entry.

TCS Applicable On Booking Of Overseas Tour Package As Per Provisions Of Section 206C(1G) Of The Income Tax 1961
5% TCS Up To INR 10 Lakhs Thereafter 20% TCS.
(INR 7 Lakh Exemption Threshold Limit Qua The Remitter - Declaration Has To Be Submitted By The Consumer Of International Tour Package To Best Voyage Pvt Ltd)
If You Cancel Your Trip The Amount Of TCS Paid Is Non-Refundable.
As Per Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act 1961, In Case You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years; And The Aggregate TDS And TCS Of Each Tax Year Is INR 50,000 Or More - On Validating The PAN If It Is Found That You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years And Aggregate TCS And TCS Exceeds INR 50,000, An Additional TCS @ 5/20% (As The Case May Be) Will Be Recovered From You Or Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Will Apply.
In Case Of PAN - AADHAR Not Linked TCS Will Be Applicable On Higher Rate & TCS Credit Will Not Appear In Form 26 / AIS / TIS And TCS Certificates Will Not Be Available.
Outward Remittance Under LRS Cannot Proceed If PAN - AADHAR Not Linked.
On Validating PAN - AADHAR Seeding If Found Not Linked, Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Along With Higher Rate Of TCS Will Apply.
Overseas Tour Package' Means Any Tour Package Which Offers A Visit To A Country Or Countries Or Territory Or Territories Outside India And Includes Expenses For Travel Or Hotel Stay Or Boarding Or Lodging Or Any Other Expenditure Of Similar Nature Or In Relation Thereto.
Specified Person' Means A Person Defined As Per Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act, 1961.
The User Is Liable To Pay Tax Collected At Source (TCS) On Booking Of An 'Overseas Tour Package' At An Appropriate Rate Over And Above The Price Charged For Such Package In Compliance With The Provisions Of Section 206C (1G)(B) Of The Income Tax Act, 1961. Best Voyage Pvt Ltd Will Deposit The TCS Amount So Collected With The Government And Issue Appropriate Document/Certificate To The User In Compliance With Aforesaid Provision.
The User Is Required To Provide A Valid PAN Of User/ Traveller(S) At The Time Of Booking An Overseas Tour Package With Best Voyage Pvt Ltd. The User Understands And Agrees That Best Voyage Pvt Ltd, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Will Validate The PAN Provided By The User To Check Compliance Of Provisions Of Section 206CC Of Income Tax Act. The User Agrees That In Case The PAN Is Found To Be Invalid, Or It Does Not Belong To User/ Traveller(S), Best Voyage Pvt Ltd Has An Obligation To Cancel The Booking In Compliance With The Law And Process The Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Said Booking.
The User Further Understand And Agrees That Best Voyage Pvt Ltd Would Also, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Validate User/ Traveller(S) PAN As Per The Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act And If On Validation The User Qualifies As A 'Specified Person', The User Agrees To Pay TCS To Best Voyage Pvt Ltd At Such Higher Rate As May Be Applicable Under Section 206CCA. The User Agrees To Pay The Additional TCS Amount To MMT Where, As A Result Of Validation Under Section 206CCA, The TCS Collected At The Time Of Booking Falls Short Of The Applicable Rate Of TCS. The User Further Confirms To Best Voyage Pvt Ltd That User/ Traveller(S) PAN And Aadhar Are Linked With Income Tax, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage. If User Fails Or Disagrees To Pay The Additional TCS, Best Voyage Pvt Ltd Has The Right To Cancel The Booking And Process Appropriate Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Such Booking."
