Day 1 : Arrival - Rome.

Welcome to Rome ! After your Immigration and Custom Formalities you will Transfer to the hotel and Check in. (Please note that Standard Check in time is 1600 Hrs). Rome is the capital city of Italy. Day 3 : Rome To Venice.

After breakfast check out from hotel and ProceedRome train station on your own for Venice Island. Arrive Venice station & transfer to your hotel on your own and check in to the hotel. Venice is built on more than 100 small islands in a lagoon in the Adriatic Sea. It has no roads, just canals Venice well known as city of romance. It radiates an unique old, antique charm with its rippling canals, bridges, colourful glassy arts, and its glorious venetian history. Overnight stay at Venice hotel.

Day 4 : Venice - Walking Tour Venice Island - Murano Glass Factory - Gondola RIde ( 30 Mins ).

After breakfast enjoy walking tour of Venice Island. You will see the historic Ducal Palace, the infamous prison, the Bridge of Sighs, the exquisite Clock Tower and the splendour of St. Mark’s Basilica. Settled in the prehistoric era and valued for its strategic location, Pula has been occupied, destroyed and rebuilt numerous times. Overseas medical policy :

For Schengen visa process all the necessary documents should be in Photocopy except those documents which are asked in Original.
All visa applicants irrespective of nationality who applied for Schengen visa should come personally at local VFS office to give mandatory fingerprint formality which is long time consuming in tourist pick season. On the day of submission your all fingers must be clear from HINA (Mehdi), cuts etc.
If Biometric is given after 2nd November 2015 then we can submit your application on behalf of applicant. But if you data could fetch by Embassy/Consulate then they may ask to give biometrics again.

(INR 7 Lakh Exemption Threshold Limit Qua The Remitter - Declaration Has To Be Submitted By The Consumer Of International Tour Package To Best Voyage Pvt Ltd)
If You Cancel Your Trip The Amount Of TCS Paid Is Non-Refundable.
As Per Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act 1961, In Case You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years; And The Aggregate TDS And TCS Of Each Tax Year Is INR 50,000 Or More - On Validating The PAN If It Is Found That You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years And Aggregate TCS And TCS Exceeds INR 50,000, An Additional TCS @ 5/20% (As The Case May Be) Will Be Recovered From You Or Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Will Apply.

Overseas Tour Package' Means Any Tour Package Which Offers A Visit To A Country Or Countries Or Territory Or Territories Outside India And Includes Expenses For Travel Or Hotel Stay Or Boarding Or Lodging Or Any Other Expenditure Of Similar Nature Or In Relation Thereto.
Specified Person' Means A Person Defined As Per Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act, 1961.
The User Is Liable To Pay Tax Collected At Source (TCS) On Booking Of An 'Overseas Tour Package' At An Appropriate Rate Over And Above The Price Charged For Such Package In Compliance With The Provisions Of Section 206C (1G)(B) Of The Income Tax Act, 1961. Best Voyage Pvt Ltd Will Deposit The TCS Amount So Collected With The Government And Issue Appropriate Document/Certificate To The User In Compliance With Aforesaid Provision.
The User Is Required To Provide A Valid PAN Of User/ Traveller(S) At The Time Of Booking An Overseas Tour Package With Best Voyage Pvt Ltd. The User Understands And Agrees That Best Voyage Pvt Ltd, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Will Validate The PAN Provided By The User To Check Compliance Of Provisions Of Section 206CC Of Income Tax Act. The User Agrees That In Case The PAN Is Found To Be Invalid, Or It Does Not Belong To User/ Traveller(S), Best Voyage Pvt Ltd Has An Obligation To Cancel The Booking In Compliance With The Law And Process The Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Said Booking.
The User Further Understand And Agrees That Best Voyage Pvt Ltd Would Also, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Validate User/ Traveller(S) PAN As Per The Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act And If On Validation The User Qualifies As A 'Specified Person', The User Agrees To Pay TCS To Best Voyage Pvt Ltd At Such Higher Rate As May Be Applicable Under Section 206CCA.
