Day 1 : Arrival Tromso - Northern Lights Hunt.

Welcome To Tromsø ! After Your Immigration And Custom Formalities You Will Meet Our Representative. Transfer To The Hotel And Check In To The Hotel. (Please Note That Standard Check In Time Is 1600 Hrs). It’s famed as a viewing point for colorful Northern Lights that sometime light up the nighttime sky. The city’s historic center, on the island of Tromsø, is distinguished by its centuries-old wooden houses. There are many restaurants in city centre for an early dinner to start the holiday with a taste of a true arctic meal. In the evening, it’s time to leave the city lights behind and join a guided small group tour for chance to enjoy some of the brightest northern lights in the world. Overnight stay at Tromsø Hotel.

Day 2 : Tromso To Camp Tamok - Aurora Borealis.

After breakfast Spend the first half of the day at leisure in Tromsø exploring the many attractions, including the Polar Museum, Arctic Cathedral and the Fjellheisen cable car. If you are looking for more adventure, you can add optional activities in the morning. In the late afternoon you will be taken to the wilderness centre, Camp Tamok. There you will join see the white landscapes, through an uninhabited forest landscape surrounded by majestic mountains. After that you will have another opportunity to look for northern lights while enjoying dinner in a lavvu, a traditional Sami tent, at Camp Tamok, before spending the night in the Aurora Chalet. Overnight stay at Camp Tamok.

Day 3 : Snow Mobilling In The Arctic Wildrness.

After breakfast proceed for a guided Snowmobile excursion at Camp Tamok. This tour brings you up to heights of 875 metres above sea level with spectacular views of the Tromsø area as you glide on the fresh arctic snow. You might even have a chance to try your skills at ice fishing on the lake on top of the mountain, if time and weather allow. Afterwards you will be transferred to Tromsø where you can relax and enjoy the evening at leisure after an action-packed two days in the serene arctic nature. Overnight stay at Tromsø Hotel.

Day 4 : Tromso To Alta - Stay At Igloo Hotel.

After breakfast check out from the hotel and proceed to Alta by Bus. Check in to the Igloo Hotel, (Please Note That Standard Check In Time Is 1600 Hrs). it is the world’s northernmost ice hotel and is built every year from scratch with a different theme. The 2500m sq hotel includes an ice bar, ice chapel, restaurant, handcrafted ice sculptures and even a sauna and outdoor hot tubs if you need to feel toasty. The ice hotel is between -4 to -7 degrees, so the guest rooms are equipped with cosy sleeping bags, making this igloo the ultimate place to spend a night in Alta. Overnight stay at Igloo Hotel.

Day 5 : Alta - Northan Light Catherdral - Reindeer Slendding.

After breakfast proceed to Alta hotel on your own. On arrival proceed to hotel for check in. Then, visit Northern Light Cathedral - Built in 2013, the iconic Northern Lights Cathedral in the centre of Alta is an architectural gem. The modern interior and exterior are a must see for anyone visiting Alta Norway, especially at night when the outside is lit up with the colours of the aurora. Later enjoy Reindeer sledding with Sami guides – it is one of the best things to do in Alta Norway. As well as meeting the reindeer and driving your own sled along Alta River, you also get the unique opportunity to learn about the past and present culture of the native Sami people. Overnight stay at Alta Hotel.

Day 6 : Alta To Honningsvag.

After breakfast proceed to train station to board a train to Honningsvåg. Arrive Honningsvåg. Check in to the hotel. (Please Note That Standard Check In Time Is 1600 Hrs). Take a walk to the 19th century church that survived the destruction of World War 2, a true rarity in Northern Norway. Perhaps take an Optional Experience to learn about king crabs and enjoy a fresh, sea-to-table lunch of this delicacy. Overnight stay at Honningsvåg Hotel.

Day 7 : Honningsvag - Cape North.

Standing on top of the 307 meter high North Cape plateau gives you a feeling of being at the end of the world. Enjoy some free time there. Overnight stay at Honnningsvåg Hotel.

Overseas medical policy :
- Minimum coverage of 30,000 Euro per person, the insurance has to cover the entire stay in Schengen territory, minimum 15 days insurance is mandatory from the travel date

Note :

For Schengen visa process all the necessary documents should be in Photocopy except those documents which are asked in Original.
All visa applicants irrespective of nationality who applied for Schengen visashould come personally at local VFS office to give mandatory fingerprintformality which is long time consuming in tourist pick season. On the day ofsubmission your all fingers must be clear from HINA (Mehdi), cuts etc.
If Biometric is given after 2nd November 2015 then we can submit yourapplication on behalf of applicant. But if you data could fetch byEmbassy/Consulate then they may ask to give biometrics again.
Granting Visas is sole discretion of Consulates / Embassy, subject to the documents submitted. We are facilitators in the process. Best Voyage is not held responsible for rejection or delay in getting visas / passports from said Consulate / Embassy.
No documents will be return back by Embassy/Consulate after visa process.
Must declare rejection if rejected in any country in last 10 years and mention rejection year and category of visa of Rejected country.
All applicants have to pay visa fees, VFS charge & courier charge in cash at local VFS-centre.
If passenger is having passport with any observation regarding Data page then Affidavit and Paper advertisement in English are mandatory.
All documents must in A4 size and English.

In case of travel to more than one Schengen country, please submit your application to the Embassy / Consulate where you will be staying for the maximum number of days. In case of equal stay, one has to apply at the Schengen country which is the first port of entry.

5% TCS Up To INR 10 Lakhs Thereafter 20% TCS.
(INR 7 Lakh Exemption Threshold Limit Qua The Remitter - Declaration Has To Be Submitted By The Consumer Of International Tour Package To Best Voyage Pvt Ltd)
If You Cancel Your Trip The Amount Of TCS Paid Is Non-Refundable.
As Per Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act 1961, In Case You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years; And The Aggregate TDS And TCS Of Each Tax Year Is INR 50,000 Or More - On Validating The PAN If It Is Found That You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years And Aggregate TCS And TCS Exceeds INR 50,000, An Additional TCS @ 5/20% (As The Case May Be) Will Be Recovered From You Or Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Will Apply.
In Case Of PAN - AADHAR Not Linked TCS Will Be Applicable On Higher Rate & TCS Credit Will Not Appear In Form 26 / AIS / TIS And TCS Certificates Will Not Be Available.
Outward Remittance Under LRS Cannot Proceed If PAN - AADHAR Not Linked.

Overseas Tour Package' Means Any Tour Package Which Offers A Visit To A Country Or Countries Or Territory Or Territories Outside India And Includes Expenses For Travel Or Hotel Stay Or Boarding Or Lodging Or Any Other Expenditure Of Similar Nature Or In Relation Thereto.
Specified Person' Means A Person Defined As Per Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act, 1961.
The User Is Liable To Pay Tax Collected At Source (TCS) On Booking Of An 'Overseas Tour Package' At An Appropriate Rate Over And Above The Price Charged For Such Package In Compliance With The Provisions Of Section 206C (1G)(B) Of The Income Tax Act, 1961. Best Voyage Pvt Ltd Will Deposit The TCS Amount So Collected With The Government And Issue Appropriate Document/Certificate To The User In Compliance With Aforesaid Provision.
The User Is Required To Provide A Valid PAN Of User/ Traveller(S) At The Time Of Booking An Overseas Tour Package With Best Voyage Pvt Ltd. The User Understands And Agrees That Best Voyage Pvt Ltd, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Will Validate The PAN Provided By The User To Check Compliance Of Provisions Of Section 206CC Of Income Tax Act. The User Agrees That In Case The PAN Is Found To Be Invalid, Or It Does Not Belong To User/ Traveller(S), Best Voyage Pvt Ltd Has An Obligation To Cancel The Booking In Compliance With The Law And Process The Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Said Booking.
The User Further Understand And Agrees That Best Voyage Pvt Ltd Would Also, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Validate User/ Traveller(S) PAN As Per The Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act And If On Validation The User Qualifies As A 'Specified Person', The User Agrees To Pay TCS To Best Voyage Pvt Ltd At Such Higher Rate As May Be Applicable Under Section 206CCA. The User Agrees To Pay The Additional TCS Amount To MMT Where, As A Result Of Validation Under Section 206CCA, The TCS Collected At The Time Of Booking Falls Short Of The Applicable Rate Of TCS. The User Further Confirms To Best Voyage Pvt Ltd That User/ Traveller(S) PAN And Aadhar Are Linked With Income Tax, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage. If User Fails Or Disagrees To Pay The Additional TCS, Best Voyage Pvt Ltd Has The Right To Cancel The Booking And Process Appropriate Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Such Booking."
