Day 1 : Arrival - Warsaw.

Welcome to Warsaw! After your Immigration and Custom Formalities you will meet our representative. Transfer to the hotel and check in to the hotel. (Please note that Standard Check in time is 1600 Hrs). Warsaw is the capital and largest city of Poland. The metropolis stands on the Vistula River in east-central Poland. Day 2 : Warsaw - Hop - On Hop - Off Pass - 24Hrs.

After breakfast manage transfer at your own towards Hop-on Hop-off station. Discover all the important sights of Warsaw by open top bus, with full commentary. Explore Warsaw at your own pace and get to know the historic and modern sides to the city. Tour starts at the monumental Palace of Culture and Science, the highest building in Poland. Enjoy fantastic views of the city from the 30th floor, before you head off to explore further. History buffs will love the Warsaw Rising Museum, where the city’s turbulent history is brought to life through more than 1,000 exhibits, while the National Museum contains over 400 works by Poland’s greatest artists. Day 3 : Warsaw - Wroclaw.

After breakfast check out from hotel and Proceed Warsaw train station on your own for Wroclaw. Arrive Wroclaw station & transfer to your hotel on your own and check in to the hotel. Wroclaw is The Capital of Lower Silesia. Later You can explore The City Of Wroclaw on your own. You Will Start From The Old Town Where The Magnificent Town Hall Stands. It’s A Real Masterpiece and Unique Example of Secular Gothic Architecture. Within The City There Are 12 Islands But One Of Them Is Especially Important And Shouldn’t Be Missed. The Cathedral Island (Ostrow Tumski) Is The Oldest Part Of Wroclaw. You Will Find The Gothic Cathedral Of St. John The Baptist. Its Two Spires Dominate The Skyline. There Are Over 60 Statues Of Dwarfs Scattered Around The Old Town. They Appeared On The Streets In 2005 And They Commemorate The Orange Alternative Movement in The Year 1982. Day 4 : Wroclaw - Lower Silensia.

The First Highlight On Your Way Will Be The Extraordinary Church Of Peace Of The Holy Trinity In Swidnica. This 17th Century Church Built Entirely Of Wood Has Been Inscribed On The UNESCO World Heritage List In Recognition Of Its Exceptionality. The Next Stop On Your Tour Will Be The Monumental Ksiaz Castle – The Biggest Castle Of Lower Silesia And The Third Biggest In Poland. Overseas medical policy :
- Minimum coverage of 30,000 Euro per person, the insurance has to cover the entire stay in Schengen territory, minimum 15 days insurance is mandatory from the travel date

For Schengen visa process all the necessary documents should be in Photocopy except those documents which are asked in Original.
All visa applicants irrespective of nationality who applied for Schengen visa should come personally at local VFS office to give mandatory fingerprint formality which is long time consuming in tourist pick season. On the day of submission your all fingers must be clear from HINA (Mehdi), cuts etc.
If Biometric is given after 2nd November 2015 then we can submit yourapplication on behalf of applicant. But if you data could fetch byEmbassy/Consulate then they may ask to give biometrics again.
Granting Visas is sole discretion of Consulates / Embassy, subject to the documents submitted. We are facilitators in the process. Best Voyage is not held responsible for rejection or delay in getting visas / passports from said Consulate / Embassy.
No documents will be return back by Embassy/Consulate after visa process.

In case of travel to more than one Schengen country, please submit your application to the Embassy / Consulate where you will be staying for the maximum number of days. In case of equal stay, one has to apply at the Schengen country which is the first port of entry.

(INR 7 Lakh Exemption Threshold Limit Qua The Remitter - Declaration Has To Be Submitted By The Consumer Of International Tour Package To Best Voyage Pvt Ltd)
If You Cancel Your Trip The Amount Of TCS Paid Is Non-Refundable.
As Per Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act 1961, In Case You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years; And The Aggregate TDS And TCS Of Each Tax Year Is INR 50,000 Or More - On Validating The PAN If It Is Found That You Have Not Filed Your Income Tax Returns For Two Preceding Years And Aggregate TCS And TCS Exceeds INR 50,000, An Additional TCS @ 5/20% (As The Case May Be) Will Be Recovered From You Or Booking Will Get Cancelled And Cancellation Charges Will Apply.
In Case Of PAN - AADHAR Not Linked TCS Will Be Applicable On Higher Rate & TCS Credit Will Not Appear In Form 26 / AIS / TIS And TCS Certificates Will Not Be Available.

Overseas Tour Package' Means Any Tour Package Which Offers A Visit To A Country Or Countries Or Territory Or Territories Outside India And Includes Expenses For Travel Or Hotel Stay Or Boarding Or Lodging Or Any Other Expenditure Of Similar Nature Or In Relation Thereto.
Specified Person' Means A Person Defined As Per Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act, 1961.
The User Is Liable To Pay Tax Collected At Source (TCS) On Booking Of An 'Overseas Tour Package' At An Appropriate Rate Over And Above The Price Charged For Such Package In Compliance With The Provisions Of Section 206C (1G)(B) Of The Income Tax Act, 1961. Best Voyage Pvt Ltd Will Deposit The TCS Amount So Collected With The Government And Issue Appropriate Document/Certificate To The User In Compliance With Aforesaid Provision.
The User Is Required To Provide A Valid PAN Of User/ Traveller(S) At The Time Of Booking An Overseas Tour Package With Best Voyage Pvt Ltd. The User Understands And Agrees That Best Voyage Pvt Ltd, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Will Validate The PAN Provided By The User To Check Compliance Of Provisions Of Section 206CC Of Income Tax Act. The User Agrees That In Case The PAN Is Found To Be Invalid, Or It Does Not Belong To User/ Traveller(S), Best Voyage Pvt Ltd Has An Obligation To Cancel The Booking In Compliance With The Law And Process The Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Said Booking.
The User Further Understand And Agrees That Best Voyage Pvt Ltd Would Also, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage, Validate User/ Traveller(S) PAN As Per The Provisions Of Section 206CCA Of Income Tax Act And If On Validation The User Qualifies As A 'Specified Person', The User Agrees To Pay TCS To Best Voyage Pvt Ltd At Such Higher Rate As May Be Applicable Under Section 206CCA. The User Agrees To Pay The Additional TCS Amount To MMT Where, As A Result Of Validation Under Section 206CCA, The TCS Collected At The Time Of Booking Falls Short Of The Applicable Rate Of TCS. The User Further Confirms To Best Voyage Pvt Ltd That User/ Traveller(S) PAN And Aadhar Are Linked With Income Tax, At The Time Of Booking Or At A Later Stage. If User Fails Or Disagrees To Pay The Additional TCS, Best Voyage Pvt Ltd Has The Right To Cancel The Booking And Process Appropriate Refund As Per The Cancellation Policy Applicable To Such Booking."
